1. Domestic Delivery (India)
We partner exclusively with premium courier services (BlueDart, Delhivery, and DHL) to ensure secure and timely delivery.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST are typically dispatched the same business day.
Metro Cities: 1-3 Business Days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3-5 Business Days
Remote Locations: 5-7 Business Days
2. International Shipping
Valise Luxe proudly ships worldwide via DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your destination and the volumetric weight of your order.
North America & Europe: 4-7 Business Days
Middle East & Asia: 3-6 Business Days
Rest of the World: 7-10 Business Days
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Domestic Orders: All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). There are no hidden fees or additional taxes upon delivery within India.
International Orders: Orders shipped outside of India may be subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT) levied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout price.
4. Unboxing & Inspection
All Valise Luxe bags arrive in our signature unboxing experience, including a protective dust bag and authenticity card. We request that you inspect your package upon delivery. If the outer packaging appears visibly tampered with or severely damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our concierge immediately.
