1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. The bag must be entirely unused, free of any scratches or wear, and returned in its original Valise Luxe packaging, complete with the dust bag, authenticity card, and all original tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to their bespoke nature, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Bags with custom monogramming or hot-stamping
- Bespoke or made-to-order commissions
- Items purchased during final clearance sales
- Leather care creams and physical gift cards
3. The Refund Process
Once our Quality Control Atelier receives and inspects your returned piece, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your banking institution's processing times. Shipping costs (if any were applied) are non-refundable.
